Pick a challenge and lock the stake. Prove you own a public profile by adding your goalstake:0x… tag to it.
Each period, submit one public link from that profile. Validators open it, judge it against the rule and check it was published inside the period.
Finish and get your stake back plus an equal share of what the quitters forfeited. If nobody finishes, the pool goes to the beneficiary.
